Licks has had it's eye on downtown Pullman for years.

Pullman had been asking for a gourmet ice cream and candy shoppe with a hometown feel.

After focusing all of her efforts on the Daily Grind for the past 10 years, Charlene Jasper decided to travel the natural path from coffee and biscotti to ice cream and candy. Pullman's needs were fulfilled with the Grand Opening of Licks in June 2005.
